The United States Farrier Association is proud to present “Hoof Trimming for Horse Owners” an all day clinic taught by Master Educator and Pro Farrier Josh Axsom. Students will be taught basic anatomy, safe horse handling, and tool use and demonstration. Students will then transition to actual live trimming with step-by-step instruction on the horse they brought. Ticket purchase also provides study with a copy of E-Book “Hoof Trimming For Horse Owners” by Josh Axsom.
This ticket is for Saturday, November 15th.
• Students must read the ebook “Hoof Trimming for Horse Owners” in advance and be prepared for a test.
• Students must bring their own hoof nippers, hoof knife, hoof rasp, and hoof stand (optional). Also available for purchase on site
• Students must each bring their own horse which must be well broken and prepared to stand for farrier easily
